the zilicon terms of use are being finalised and will be published here before the app opens to the public.

until then: zilicon is an interface to contracts on Robinhood Chain. a launch is paid for in ZEC, and a payment that has launched a coin cannot be reversed. you sign every trade with your own wallet, and nothing on this site is insured, guaranteed, or advice. zilicon is not affiliated with Zcash, Electric Coin Company or the Zcash Foundation.
